Your Valuables

A private safe is available in your room. Please read the instructions before using. For any assistance please contact Reception. Safety Deposit Boxes are also available at the front office. Please note that this room safe is provided solely as a convenience for our guests. It is not a substitute for the fireproof, front office safe maintained by the hotel where money, jewellery, documents or other articles of value may be placed for safe keeping.

While the hotel exercises its best efforts to uphold the safety and security of its guests’ personal items, money, documents and articles of value, we stress that such items left in the room and/or the room safe are left so at the owner’s sole risk and responsibility and the hotel is not and shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss, damage or destruction caused in any way, including but not limited to theft, to such items and/or articles which are left in the room and/or placed in this room safe.

We urge our guests who wish to place money, documents and articles of value for safe keeping not to use the room safe but instead to use the hotel safe located at Reception.

We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for the loss of possessions belonging to guests staying at the hotel. Safety deposit boxes are provided in the rooms or you may choose to deposit your valuables at our 24-hour Reception at no cost. Guests are strongly recommended to make use of this service. Your Privacy

When you do not wish to be disturbed whilst in your room, please press the «Do not disturb» button. 

In case of Fire

If you detect a fire in the hotel, dial 500 or 501 immediately. If the fire alarm sounds continuously, proceed to the guest car park according to the fire instructions, located by the entrance door in the room. On arrival, memorise the emergency exits closest to your room. If the fire or smoke is intense directly outside your room, keep the door closed. Place wet towels at the bottom of the door. Lie flat on the floor, as there is more oxygen at floor level. Use wet towels as a mask against smoke. Follow the directions of the Emergency Team to the meeting point at the car park. NEVER use the lifts. Do not panic.
The hotel conducts regular fire alarm tests and fire training for staff.
